I was happy with the results of DNM. Full disclosure- they were a company I used through my home warranty program. I was not provided a choice for my contractor. I also only had to pay the trade fee (although I believe the trade fee was more than the actual cost of repairs). The first scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled. They were supposed to arrive between 4-6pm. I received a call from the front office at 3:30pm that the tech had not left the other job yet because he was finishing up a big job.
