“This is my first time installing and replacing carpets and I'm so glad I found A&R Flooring. I compared three companies before I decided to go with A&R Flooring. Claudiu Golas was my representative and he came to my house on time and was very professional, explained the process well, and helped us choose the right carpet and color based on our preference. He also sent us the estimate with line by line invoice breakdown and suggested items we could remove if we want to save some money. We also worked with Cindy from the store and she sent us carpet samples very quickly and also was very professional and fast with communication. What I also loved about this process was that they didn't push us to make a decision and try to sell the service quickly. They really spent the time to help us make the best decision.We had one guy coming to do the carpets for 3 rooms and it was done within a day and the installation was in very good quality. The guy even stayed for another half an hour to help us fixed a closet door to ensure it's not rubbing against the new carpet. We later also requested to get two of the bedroom doors trimmed due to the thickness of the carpets and A&R Flooring sent someone to do the work immediately the next day. We've had a great experience interacting with everyone from A&R Flooring. The entire process was very professional, great customer service, and their pricing was also very competitive.“
