After purchasing our new house, the first thing on our list was to sand and refinish the hardwood floors that were scratched and heavily red/yellowed from oil-based poly. When we started contacting flooring contractors for quotes, we were looking for someone who could not only give us a great competitive price but also that we felt could achieve our vision for what we wanted the floors to look like.
