We experienced a flat tire on I-85 today, about 20 minutes from home. After our first call, we were informed it would take around 40 minutes or a bit longer. Although it ended up taking longer due to their busy schedule, Mr. Jackson, who coincidentally shares my name, arrived to assist us. His friendly and helpful demeanor made the wait much more bearable.
Mr. Jackson not only provided swift assistance and spoke to us in a calm and friendly manner, but he also followed us for a while to ensure we got home safely. It’s rare to find such dedicated and considerate individuals nowadays. We truly appreciated his help and will definitely call them again in the future. I was very skeptical about working with contractors I’ve never met but working with Daron and his company was a very professional, pleasant and easy experience. This company is ethical and offers a 15 year warranty for their roof replacements. His staff also finished in 8 hours and left my property clean as if they were never here. I'm back in the ATL and wanted something new. Jahmel did my hair (she was the one who rinsed/blow dried my hair before). She called me the week prior to discuss my appointment and what I wanted. I loved that she did that. I told her that day, on the phone, she was my stylist from here on out. She hadn't done my hair yet! Well, check the pics! It's EXACTLY the cut I imagined. Thank you!!

Love, love, love! I have no complaints! Neisha did a fabulous job! Staff was friendly and personable. I had another lady rinse and blow dry my hair, but I had a great conversation with her, as well. I plan to return next time I'm in Atlanta. When I booked my appointment, I was excited to see a new customer deal. It was my first time in a salon since Covid, I enjoyed every minute. The atmosphere was chill and inviting. Thank you!! Definitely recommending to my family there.

These are the best chiropractors I have ever been too!! They listen and are compassionate and caring. I can't say enough about Dr. Ron who worked a miracle on my back. I was in so much pain when I first visited and now I am almost pain free and walking again. He explains everything before providing therapy and made me feel like I am part of the decision making process. He is truly an expert in his field. I am always greeted with warmth and compassion from the Admin Diane, Dr. Ron, Dr. Paul and Diane the massage therapist. This practice offer's all different kinds of therapy and really knew what would work for best me. The massage therapist is also amazing and helped me tremendously to relief my pain. Let me start by saying it's hard to get mediocre customer service these days ANYWHERE you go! However today I received an EXCELLENT customer service experience at this facility from the moment I walked in being greeted (immediately) by Emily's smiling face! Tyisha was so professional, genuine, and VERY attentive while I explained the reason for my visit. Morine has lots of experience I can tell from her poise and quick attention to detail. Lastly, Michelle, my closing nurse sealed the deal with her personalized and amazing personality. I must say I was taken care of VERY WELL. I don't want anyone to have to visit Urgent Care, however, if you do - This team will take care of you! PERSONAL, SIMPLE, and CARING customer service!

This is not a Instagram establishment… if you grew up coming to places such as these. You would understand basic non spoken rules of the braid shop.
1. Always bring cash… always
2. Always come early, it’s simply first come first served because they do not take appts and will not miss out on any money if you “call over the phone” to book.. their is no booking.. you just show up. And if you want it done fast and to be first.. you come EARLY
3. If you are tender headed DO NOT COME.. you cannot be upset because they grip tight. That’s how they do! And that’s how they know how to make it last.
If these are problems of yours then book a expensive braider off of social media, but don’t talk down on the business because you most likely will receive these same basic treatments/ rules at 90% of African braiding shops. It’s not a beauty store with chandeliers. It’s a braid shop.. that’s it. Probably why you get such a good deal as well.

Our dogs came to SFPC years ago and just recently came back this year from another corporate run vet clinic. My little guy Peyton was quoted almost 2k for dental work and extractions at the previous clinic. We were quoted much less for the same work and Dr. Nance even saved more of his teeth that the other place wanted to take out. She didn’t shame me for the poor state of his mouth and was very informative and compassionate. Her staff is always vivacious and sweet to me and everyone who walks in the door. Recently my girl Roxy was diagnosed with arthritis and Dr. Nance was very thorough and still very compassionate despite me being a puddle of tears when she told me. She gave me the best outlook on the rest of my “sexy senior’s” life and her telling me it’s “not the quantity but the quality of life that’s important” really helped put things into perspective. Even more recently, Roxy needed diagnostic tests for thirst and frequent urination and everything was explained to me before, during, and after her appointment. Dr. Nance spoke to me personally to voice her concerns and reasons for wanting to do further testing. She loves her patients as her own fur babies and so does her staff. My pups have a name at this office and aren’t just a number. The grooming dept is fantastic as well. They took
Peyton from overgrown mountain man to distinguished gentleman with just a haircut! Surely if we could have our babies covered under our own health insurance a lot of these negative reviews about prices wouldn’t be up here. It’s clear that some of these folks never read their doctor bills in their entirety past what their copay is. It’s also clear that some of these angry reviews don’t read the policies because I know I’m gonna be charged a $7 disposal fee. It’s not that serious. Biohazard waste pickup isn’t free. I suggest getting pet insurance to help cover the costs. If I drop my babies off at 9am, I’m gonna call by at least 1 or 2 if I haven’t heard from them just to get an update. Offices get busy and it’s also the pet parent’s responsibility to check in if you haven’t heard from them before they close. Those folks wanna get home to their families and fur babies too. Be proactive in the care of your pets. In any case, I would recommend SFPC to anyone on the southside who loves their fur baby. Dr. Nance and her wonderful staff definitely hold a special place in my heart for caring for Roxy and Peyton in the most genuine and sincere ways!
