Had communication with Brandon over the phone and computer since we were in different states. He was fast to respond to our request. Very polite in conversations via phone, email and text. Report was extremely thorough. We were very impressed with his findings. With such a huge investment, this inspection gave us peace of mind and we feel more confident with our purchase.

Brandon was great to work with! Prompt service, was already at the home working when I arrived at our scheduled time. Very knowledgeable and took time to listen to any questions I had. Inspection report was very detailed, good photo evidence to back up his report. Overall great, thorough inspection. Would highly recommend!
