It really is disheartening to move into a new home and find that their are issues with the property that are much more than cosmetic, and will cost you both a lot of time and money to fix. Issues with mold, poor roofing, hazardeous heating and cooling system, defective appliances, and so forth. The things that you would not think to inspect AccuPro will. I am grateful for the service they provided because if they had not of done their job, I would not have known where I needed to hold the realtors and owner accountable to do their best job, before leasing the home to me. Thank you AccuPro, you were my second set of eyes in this move-in process. Keep up the great work!

Very grateful to Tom for quick availability, responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail in his inspection. While we were already content with the overall condition of the home, during his careful walkthrough he spotted minor details that we would not have picked up on, and listed them carefully, with photographs, to make the repairs easy to accomplish.
