They truly went the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of as soon as I entered the building; Dr. Adam Young even offered us water and snacks while several of us were waiting for our appointments.

I was greeted very warmly by Edgar who went through the eye health checks so expediently and with an awesome smile :).
Dr. Christina Phan assisted me wonderfully throughout my exams and consultation with much ease and comfortability, and displays remarkable active listening while encouraging me to ask any and all questions related to eye health, including healthy reminders when it comes to blue light smart devices! This doc knows her stuff :)

Thank you for reading through this very thorough review - I truly want the community to know that all of the staff whom I met and conversed with on that day were stellar in character, respect, and expressed genuine passion for helping their patients.

Last thing...this was my first ever visit at this location and team, did not do extensive research ahead of time, and went in blind (no pun intended). I have never had a warmer and smoother experience with eye exams and contact lenses than at First Class Eye Care.

“I wanted to wait for 2 weeks before I could write my review. It has been over 2 weeks now and I have a perfect vision. I’m shortsighted all my 20+ years which means I could only see near objects clear enough. For distance vision I needed glasses all my life. This is now corrected to a perfect vision of 20/15. Although my left eye is way perfect than the right eye which is still adjusting. with both eyes open my sight is just perfect. I was said by the Doc that the vision correction happens over the next 3 months. I had the same day checkup and also the surgery as well. All completed in 6 hours time. It’s just a long wait due to the year end. The actual procedure just took less than 30 minutes. Mild pain and discomfort is just for 6-8 hours during which you go home and sleep. It feels as though you got some sand into your eyes. After getting up in the morning, you will feel relaxed. Each day it only gets better. Dryness will be felt for the first 2 weeks but will get better after that. Since I’m over 40, I have to wear a reading glasses now for my reading/laptop work, which is OK. Thanks to LASIK for correcting my years long history of distance vision issues.“

“This business in is my neighborhood! And thank God it is. I'm in and out of town frequently for work and I need my glasses. Ok so I got my exam there and selected frames in 2022. Beautiful experience. I have broken my frame handles several times ..first time took them back they repaired no charge. Second time.. just on Monday broke both handles.. my fault. Dr Flores not only went above and beyond with just a few minutes of looking at my numbers and asking me questions, but he explained everything about my eyes to me and told me I could have always worn eye contacts. “Always a great experience when I go in (and I’ve been going here for years). Went in February 2024 when I paid in full for my glasses. I received my great new glasses about 2-3 weeks later as scheduled. About 6 weeks ago, I received a bill in the mail. Called and they said they would take care of it. Today (while the amount is lower this time), another bill came in the mail. I’ve never had a problem but I understand they are now under new ownership. So, beware - the quote you get and agree to upfront will possibly/probably not be correct.“
