Beautiful experience. I have broken my frame handles several times ..first time took them back they repaired no charge. Second time.. just on Monday broke both handles.. my fault. “I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment at Bethel Eye Care, so I arrived 10 minutes early and had my eyes examined in less than 5 minutes. The young male assistant spoke Korean well and was very friendly, so my first impression was good. After completing the basic examination, Director Suji Cha will conduct a medical examination. I was amazed by the professionalism in helping patients relax by asking simple personal questions before starting the examination. After the examination, Dr. was an expert and gave a kind and detailed explanation of the condition of my eyes. Dr made it easier for me to understand technical terms that ordinary people don’t understand, so I was able to better understand my current eye condition. Finally, after finishing the treatment, I went to the checkout counter, and the young male staff member was also very kind and incomparable to other places. Although I had been to other ophthalmology clinics in the meantime, I regretted not visiting Bethel Eye Clinic sooner because of Dr. Susie Cha‘s outstanding professionalism and kind attitude. You can get your glasses here or they will print your prescription and you can get your glasses somewhere else. I went one year ago and my plan is to go back this week and get my eyes checked. Dr. Johnson apologized and explained that they had some people come in late in the morning and they hadn't been able to catch up all day. Which I could understand, it happens. “Always a great experience when I go in (and I’ve been going here for years). Went in February 2024 when I paid in full for my glasses. I received my great new glasses about 2-3 weeks later as scheduled. About 6 weeks ago, I received a bill in the mail. Called and they said they would take care of it. Today (while the amount is lower this time), another bill came in the mail. I’ve never had a problem but I understand they are now under new ownership. So, beware - the quote you get and agree to upfront will possibly/probably not be correct.“
