“We recently had to put our elderly cat Annabelle down at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital. Everyone from the receptionist, to the vet techs and especially Dr.Elizabeth Medved made the worst day so much easier for us. Our whole family came to be with Annabelle as she passed. Dr.Medved and Troy our Vet Tech explained everything in detail about what they would do and what we could expect. Dr.Medved was so sensitive and kind while all of us. I’m sure Dr. Medved performs euthanasias all the time but she treated Annabelle and our family with such care and respect that it didn’t feel routine at all.
I can’t say enough about this animal hospital. I never feel like I’m being sold treatments. They always give quotes even if you don’t ask. And they always give options. We have never had a bad experience here.“

“Was the only vet I went to, until I moved, and took my dog to a local vet in my new area. Woods animal clinic mad me assume that all veterinarians were great, and not to expensive. I paid $600 dollars more than I usually would have just for yearly shots, and they coudnt even explain what all they did.“

“Highly recommend! It’s always tough looking for a new vet to trust when you move somewhere new but Intown Animal Hospital (both locations) has been awesome taking care of my pup! I was nervous about a recent teeth cleaning and small surgical procedure but the staff and Dr. White put me at ease immediately. Dr. White called me before the procedure and right after the procedure providing updates which helped calm my nerves. She also called the day after and a week after just to check in. “I brought my girlfriend’s dog in yesterday morning and really just had a phenomenal experience with each of the staff members I interacted with. From Karen, the receptionist, to Dr. Adams, and the other staff members who I interacted with and didn’t get the names of, everybody was so accommodating and helpful towards me.

Dr. Adams explained everything she told me regarding Honey, the dog, multiple times so that I could relay the information back to my girlfriend while she was at work. Dr. Adams also offered to write up a detailed email breaking down the whole visit to send to her. Karen was very helpful to me as well, offering cleaning supplies to bring out to my car after Homey had an unfortunate accident on the way over. The vet tech was also very kind, although I never got her name.

The staff was also very understanding of our budget, and did everything in their power to limit the amount of money we spent on this visit, which is much appreciated! Thank you to everybody at Ivy Hill Animal Hospital for your amazing work and customer service yesterday!“
