This is a wonderful place to bring your pets. I have never felt like a place had cared more about my dogs than Ivy Hill. My husband brought my 9 year old chihuahua in for a check up, and she had protein in her urine. Enough that it was a point of concern for the veterinarian. When the labs were returned, the vet called me at 830am to discuss the findings. After speaking for almost half an hour, the vet was still not done explaining the condition of my dog and the care plan we needed to follow. My husband and I fostered a stray kitten, which failed the thrive after a few weeks. The vet was able to diagnose the mystery cause and help us get her putting on weight again. I credit Ivy Hill's attention to detail with the fact kitten made it and is now doing great. I take my two non-foster pets as well and all staff has been very gentle and thorough with them. Billing is transparent and I've never felt pressured to spend on extras. Recommended.
