“My home in Helen, GA is my vacation home. One year ago, my friends and I visited my home for a New Year's celebration. What we found was that two pipes had frozen and broke flooding the downstairs and the main level of my home. The downstairs, which includes a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a living room was a total loss. The ceilings, walls, carpeted floors, and air conditioning ducting all had to be torn out, reducing the downstairs to concrete and studs. The wooden floors on the main level had to be removed, replaced and restrained. Pro Restoration worked with my insurance company from the beginning to the end of the project. They were in constant contact with me throughout the entire restoration ensuring that my home was restored to my specifications. I couldn't be more pleased with the final results. Although the restoration was completed three months ago, I just received a call from them asking if I would like them to install insulated spicket covers on my outside faucets to proect them from freezing. I was thankful for their offer and offered to pay them for their work, but they declined my offer. You can't ask for more than that.“
