“Ameristar installed a new roof in 2019 for our condominium property. I was not on the Board at the time but started to get complaints of owners having leaks. Upon investigation, we were dismayed to see the drains not working properly. After many discussions, Ameristar agreed to replace all 10 drains at no charge under the warranty. As a new Board member, I learned that we were responsible for properly maintaining the roof which may have fallen through the cracks from our previous management company.
