“I could not be happier with my experience with Atlanta Prime Roofing. I discovered a small leak coming from a vent on my roof that was dripping down into my upstairs bathroom. I called a highly reviewed roofing contractor who came out and spent less than 30 min on my roof with minimal inspection. He sent an estimate to my insurance and I was denied coverage.After I was denied I called Michelle and she told me not to worry about it that she would get me approved and she did just that. Within 1 day Atlanta Prime Roofing came out and spent nearly two hours inspecting my roof for the leak and found not only the leak but also substantial wind and hail damage. I then took there findings to my insurance and received an approval for a full roof replacement. “A storm tore up my ageed roof and water started coming in my kitchen. I found WaterTite on Google and I'm glad I did. John, the owner came out and assessed everything with me. We went through my insurance company and he was helpful and involved from day one to the end. He made sure to answer any questions I had, any issues that I had with any work he corrected, from redoing the roof and fixing the kitchen all the way to helping with the insurance company he was there. It's hard to to please me because I'm a very picky person and expect a high quality level of workmanship. When all was said and done the house was completely fixed and looked great. I even had him do some extra stuff afterwards and I'm very happy with all the work. He was always on time and professional. He knew how to handle every situation and did not stop until my expectations were meant. He even has good sense of humor. “A month or so ago, we Had Jordan Barnes come out to do a free roof inspection. After Jordan took a look, we had more damage than we realized. And quickly realized we needed a new roof. He even patched a few places that needed work ASAP.<br>Jordan helped us every step of the way from contacting our adjuster to walking us thru the process of filing a claim. He even helped us, after hours, while at home with his family. Who does this? Where do you get this type of customer service anymore? His customer service is outstanding.<br>Jordan let us know what day and time his crew would be out. Jake, the crew supervisor, called the day before to let us know the he and crew would be there between 6:30-7:00. Jake was promptly there at 6:45, let us know the crew would be there by 7. The crew was there before 7:00 and promptly got to work. Jake and his crew worked all day replacing the roof, I don’t think they stopped for a break. Jordan also came out to make sure things were running smoothly.<br>Another thing I was very impressed with, is I had to return back home minutes after leaving, Jake, stopped me coming up the driveway and was looking on the ground, looking for nails in the driveway before I proceeded to come up the driveway. Very impressive.<br>This company and their employees are outstanding! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! You will not go wrong using Jordan Barnes and this company.“
