Gregg, Luke & Howington HVAC, THANK YOU! My thermostat was knocked out from a bad storm & power off for over two hours the evening before. I heard from Gregg & Luke shortly after reaching out by 8am first thing on Labor Day morning. Luke called me & sent me several professional texts telling me when he would be here & one to let me know he was en route to my home. This young man was on top of everything. He didn’t even mind me following, watching & asking questions. He kindly explained exactly what he was doing & what I needed & what happened to my thermostat. Loved his knowledge & enthusiasm of his job. I look forward to Luke servicing my HVAC system going forward.
