“We began having problems with our heat pump and decided it was time to replace this almost 20-year-old unit. We began calling around for quotes and were surprised how few companies called back or would follow up.When we called Town Creek, Mike, the owner, answered the phone and came out the same afternoon to look at the job. While looking things over, Mike gave us the option of moving the air handler from the basement bathroom to the crawl space. A couple days later he followed up with a quote. We decided on upgrading the unit and moving it to the crawl space.Mike and his crew showed up as promised. As they began working, it was quick to see Sarah provided exceptional work. The crew was friendly and treated the job with care – as if it was their own home.It was a big job that took over 3 days to complete including but not limited to the removal of the old air handler and pan in the basement, installation of new air handler and trunk in the crawl space, moving duct work, rewiring the new system, removing old duct and wiring, and moving the outside unit.
