They were sent to our home by our home warranty company. They determined our unit needed to be replaced and made the arrangements. Before the replacements could be placed on the books, we had to pay $972 up front to replace the outside coolant lines that go into the attic. They were never replaced and we have a unit that still leaks Freon. They sent a guy out who put a piece of Teflon tape on the coil and left it. They no longer will return my calls and will not refund my money. So frustrating!
We called with an AC issue and they were able to come out the same day. We ended up needing a new unit and they were able to install within a week at a fair price. Great service all around.
