*DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE* They CONFIRMED they made a mistake when installing the duct work in our brand new house and still haven't resolved the issue after two months! We have a baby under 6 months old sleeping in a hot bedroom in the middle of summer! According to Greyhawk these are the ppl that installed the AC system in my new house. We had issues with the master bedroom and master bath being hot in the middle of summer with a newborn baby sleeping in this room. I called them twice no response. Once I reported the problem to Greyhawk b/c we are still under warranty and got an immediate response. Two guys from Air Controllers came out and said the duct work was installed...read full review
