“We called summerland after I remembered that summerland had had a business a store of plumbing supply for many years, which suggested that the summerlands who are now working as plumbers grew up with the business and knew the ins and outs of what works with what and the fastest and easiest way to do everything related to plumbing.. That's when I called them out to fix a problem that other plumbers had refused to even discuss and had been unable to fix. “Yai has taken care of us multiple times. He fixed a busted valve under our kitchen sink, repaired the water pipe coming from the water meter, and fixed a leak under our slab. All were done perfectly and at a way better price than any commercial company quoted us. Leak finders tried to charge us $600 to find a leak that we already knew were it was. Yai fixed the pipe in about an hour or two and didn’t charge more than $200. He is confident in his work and abilities. I highly recommend his services.“
