Michael and Juan, are very intelligent and all-around knowledgeable this crew is excellent. I was unaware that my brother had used their services once before due to some plumbing issues. However, we called Benjamin Franklin on March 5th, and I was quoted a fair price that beat four other overpriced competitors. Michael and Juan returned on the 6th and replaced the hot water tank. Their work was very clean and professional throughout the process, going in and out of our home. They both were so courteous, well-mannered, well-groomed, and very friendly.
