The onsite management changed in our second lease term and the new manager, Jose, is making a difference. Monthly tenant luncheons, building improvements, and fast response to emails or texts. The lease rates are reasonable and the parking plentiful.“

“worst apartments ever they had onsite security and police officers onsite when I first moved here they do not have security people have been shot at and killed and management does nothing these use to be decent apartments now its like its Kimberley Court apartments what they were before they were torn down and rebuilt.as Ashley Cascade I am trying to move before I am a victim you have teenagers walking around with guns jumping on adults any anyone else concerned and still no security I do not understand“
