We had purchased two central air/ heating units from Webb a few years ago… not many issues . We were satisfied with the co. Recently had a service call where the tech caused a pipe to leak. I called for them to repair it. Long story short… they attempted to charge us for a 2nd call. We ended up paying over $200 to a plumber to fix the leak.The manager was quite rude claiming that the problem with you part time residents is that you treat people poorly …etc.
