“These guys are awesome! We had a fan that was replaced. The new fan made a rotational noise. They debugged the issue and now ... NO noise. We had a 2nd fan that wouldn't work after the receiver module was replaced. They debugged that and now it works! They're patient when working problems and, most importantly, they READ the owners manuals that come with the fans. “I cannot compliment these guys enough. Our AC went out on Friday evening, before Labor Day weekend. I emailed them to see if they do weekend calls. I got an email immediately back from Angela saying that they didn’t do calls on a holiday weekend, but have times on Tuesday. While we were sweating most of the time, I was appreciated that they responded and were able to stop at our place the next day they were open (usually, it isn’t until the end of the week).Roger and Bobby came out and got right to work. They explained that the unit needed to be cleaned so it could run more efficiently, and they re-filled the Freon. They were quick efficient and explained a lot of the details they were working on.I highly recommend them and would call them back immediately for maintenance or to fix our unit.“
