“On Nov 1, a 3d floor bathroom in my townhouse flooded, causing water damage in the bathroom, wood floors, 2d floor ceiling and wood floors.After water damage mitigation was completed, TRL came in immediately to repair/paint damaged walls and ceiling, replace the ceiling, bathroom tile and damaged wood flooring that removed for water damage mitigation. They worked even Thanksgiving week!Owner Nir kept me posted daily on progress and explained the work being done in layman terms. He promptly answered all of my calls and questions.They worked with my insurance adjuster to approve refinishing the entire 2d & 3d floors to blend the new flooring with the existing.Honestly, TRL's floor install on the damaged floors and bath tile is far superior to the original work only 2 years ago (new construction).Their refinishing work improved the appearance of the non-damaged flooring, which was not installed as well as TRL's work. I wish TRL had installed all of my wood flooring the first time.The TRL team are perfectionists, highly professional, super polite and know their stuff.The bathroom tile pre-flood didn't even meet the wall behind the toilet (I had the gap thickly caulked) - the floor is now tiled completely - no gaps. Again, much better than the original builders' work.So, TRL and (my now friend) Nir not only repaired my house, they did the work to highest professional standards. And quickly! They met a tight schedule based on how long my insurance provided me with temporary housing.We walked through this week & Nir even fixed a few issues that came up during the work, though not really his team's responsibility. Nir and team exceed expectations! Made lemonade out of my flooded lemon.TRL had my house thoroughly cleaned and I am moving home in a few days!!!“
“Olivia Russell and her husband own Atlanta Craftsman Interiors. They did the most outstanding job recovering 2 chairs and a different chair pillow. The workmanship was excellent down to every detail. Patterns were matched on all 4 separate cushions of the chairs. Definitely this is the place to go for reupholstering. The customer service also outstanding.“

“I would like to share our experiences with Jeffrey Bruce Baker, Design Director for JBB architect firm based in Atlanta. We have worked with Jeffrey for almost a decade now, and are very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.Our first interaction with Jeffrey was almost a decade ago, when we decided to renovate our home near Emory. Jeffrey captured our vision and able to change the façade of our existing home, transforming into an almost a brand new home. We were drawn by his attention to details, and giving different ides, yet respecting how we wanted to transform the façade. The final outcome of home was just perfect.We were looking to purchase a home on Lullwater, incidentally that was designed by Jeffery in historic Druid Hill district. When we landed in his office during our due diligence, we learnt about Jeffrey experience with historic Druid Hill development. Unfortunately that particular lot did not work for us.Our search landed us at another large lot in historic Druid Hill district, where we decided to develop a family estate. So it was natural for us to reach out to him to develop site plan for this new site.Jeffrey transformed our vision on plan, and has continued to work with us as we have progressed in development plan, following historic guidelines, and evolving plans as per district requirements.We have been pleased with his designs, nuances to details and willing to make changes at the nick of the moment.
