Chastain is amazing! We reached out to them after 4:00 PM when our air went completely out, & they responded immediately without hesitation. They sent out a technician, Matt Chastain, who went above & beyond from the moment he arrived. He was professional, honest, & straightforward — qualities that are hard to come by these days!!! Despite the extreme heat, Matt didn’t hesitate for a second to crawl under our house to get the job done. We are so thankful for Matt — not only for showing up so quickly but for doing such an outstanding job!!! He truly gave his all, & it didn’t go unnoticed!!! Had two appointments set up for the same time frame. AC maintenance and a water heater consult. They were great! Knowledgeable, friendly and funny towards each other. It was time for a service on my AC/heat. I called Chastain and was greeted professionally and timely. My appointment was scheduled the next day. Phil called when he was on his way and showed up within the scheduled window. Phil was able to perform the service and recommend what needed to be done to keep the equipment in good shape. He went over the cost of the service and repair before starting both. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. It feels like my brother came over and did the work. Thanks Phil.
