I called World Class Heating and Cooling as soon as they opened because my heat had went out during the night. They were at my home to fix my heat within the hour! I am so pleased with their service - I replaced a 27 year old furnace and a 20 year old compressor. There was a lot of engineering that had to be done on the furnace as it was so old and had to be relocated and there were some safety issues that had to be corrected. Josh and Rusty both have tons of experience and I felt very comfortable with their expertise. I am able to keep the house at 74 and 75 now and its comfortable. I also had a dehumidifier installed in the crawl space next to the furnace with the idea of eventually encapsulating it. Called Justin with World Class Heating and Air. His team was out within the hour. They rewired the AC, added the correct capacitor, and offered to replace the fan motor but I had one already on order delivering same day. Justin and his crewman, Josh, gave me specific directions and even offered to help if I were in need with verbal communication while installing the new fan motor. Great service, very professional and said what they told me they were going to do! Top notch service. We will call Justin and his team when the times comes.....again...hopefully down the road.
