“Let’s just say Renee was my saving grace today! I have been blonde for over 16 years & decided to let my natural dark brown hair color grow out for a little over a year. I then pulled the thing you NEVER should do…. Grabbed some box dye, toner and did it myself at home to go blonde again. Biggest mistake ever. I turned myself into a bright yellow / orange highlighter; the pictures I have posted looks nowhere near as bad as it really was. I couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror. After calling MULTIPLE salons for a 911; which I knew was a long shot for a last minute color correction just a few days after a holiday; I call Urban Halo and Renee gets me in on her personal time she made for herself.
