“Finding a new stylist and/or colorist can be stressful when moving to a new area. Add in the different climate/humidity changes, along with chemical differences in the water, I soon found my hair becoming more dry and an unmanageable frizzy mess. Top that off with a couple of bad and costly cuts from other salons. Then about a year ago, I found James at Creative Hair Studio! In little time my hair was back to the gleam and feel it once had. The grow out a bit longer. BUT what a difference a talented stylist and quality products (I do color, highlights and smoothing treatments) can do! I highly recommend this salon. “I am rating 5 stars for my stylist Kim Freidman,she knows how to cut my hair,I love her. I will have to let you know that Carrie Knowles is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I was unfamiliar with the online check in,and asked for help. She treated me like I was a piece of trash while other people she treated with respect. This person is highly unprofessional and should not be in the customer service industry. For this reason I will need to rate this as a low score“
