During the freeze, our main water pipe started leaking. Within 3.5 hours of identifying the issue, they came out and fixed the issue when other companies told us 3+ week waits or not even putting us on a waitlist. We did go on a waitlist, but they call up people based on areas they are already in and can fit in. You have easily won my business for the future!
