Super nice guy he came out on a Sunday which was also New Years Eve because my power was out. got here in 30 minutes just like he said he would. Ended up being a super simple fix (secret third breaker flipped between the main and the one in my unit) so he didn't even charge me anything! I never would've found the other breakers on my own either so i appreciate the help a ton.
