I can't brag on the staff enough and how welcoming they are. I have had two procedures performed, and both Jenny and Kim were flawless in their execution. I have to say; however, I have been most impressed with Amy Smith. She was easy to talk to about my current and previous treatments, and she was able to educate me without making me feel uneducated. After becoming a patient at Advanced Medical Spa of Braselton, Amy has me feeling better than I have in years. If you're not living your best life and need a boost, I recommend calling and asking for Amy.
Nalley Roofing, in particular Shane, have been such a pleasure to work with during our roof replacement. In my experience, Shane has gone above and beyond in his support of us as we navigated through an insurance-driven roof replacement. He has been thorough, incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns and has made sure we received high quality workmanship during every phase of this roof replacement. I would highly recommend Amy's Cleaning! First time I've ever had someone come in to clean my home and they did a fabulous job. Really took so much off of my plate as I never have the time to clean all those hard-to-reach areas. As a bonus, they worked around my two dogs, which I was so worried about. They are so easy to work with and communication was great. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I first discovered 5 Rings via word of mouth -- like most people do -- because Jance's excellent reputation speaks for itself. As a highschooler living 5 hours away, I followed his educational content online and was impressed by everything I heard about his training. When I moved to Athens for college, I was excited to finally be close enough to check out his gym. At the time, I didn't even know what powerlifting was. I just thought I'd learn a few basic movements and move on with my life. I had no idea how much this would change my life.
From my very first session, Jance challenged everything I thought I knew about strength and fitness. It was overwhelming to realize I had spent years doing all the wrong things, but at the same time, he showed me what was possible with the right mentor and hard work. I still remember calling my parents afterward, in tears, because I knew this was going to be life-changing.
And it was. I can’t imagine my life without 5 Rings. Since starting, I’ve gained 15–20 pounds of muscle, nearly tripled my squat and deadlift, more than doubled my bench, and even set state powerlifting records—things I never thought possible! But more than the physical progress, this gym has given me a sense of community that adds so much meaning to my life.
I’ve trained with Jance through countless ups and downs in my life, but I’ve always made net progress. He combines years of experience with a constant drive to keep learning and refining his craft. His coaching is personalized to each client, whether they’re true beginners or national-level athletes (most of whom started here with zero experience). The gym itself is a welcoming, family-friendly environment for all levels and ages.
All throughout college, I drove an hour each way, 3–5 times per week, just to train here. Three years ago, I moved across the country for medical school, but I still train with Jance virtually and fly back when I can. That’s how much I believe in this place. I’ll be here for as long as they'll have me.
Love love Dr. Butler! He fixes my ear problem every time! Hopefully we will figure out what’s going on with it soon! The last two visits with him, he fixes my ear issue immediately! I recommend him 1000%!

I am totally satisfied.With my hair was very dry, breaking up and Hair Salon. Her name is Sandy. Give me a treatmeit works wonderful.I can't wait to see her again. No me I could not just put a comb hair or brush but after seeing her and she treated my hair. I can now just use one of those fancy. I can't get it worth the tangler brush and my hair. I cannot say enough good things about this salon and its staff! After my long time stylist from another salon decided to stay home with her babies a while back, I’ve been looking for a replacement salon/stylist that I would love just as much. After a few rough experiences elsewhere, I finally found my person! Enieda absolutely killed it with my color (correcting another’s mistake). She’s a color color genius and a miracle worker. Aside from her amazing work, I have to acknowledge how sweet and accommodating they are here too. I had to bring my 8 month old this trip and while he is a very good and calm baby, it was still almost 4 hours of trying to entertain an infant. They were so patient if I needed to stop and tend to him and Amy was incredible, playing with and holding him, offering to feed him and even wipe his snotty nose! If you’re a mom, you know how much these gestures mean. I’m so grateful for their kindness.

I’ll be honest, it’s been years since i’ve been to any barber because my experience has always been terrible and i’m always left less than dissatisfied. BUT, that all changed today! Sarah took excellent care of me and gave me a freakin crazy cut. I haven’t been this happy with my hairstyle in possibly ever. Kudos to Sarah and all the staff at The Men’s Room; the atmosphere is inviting, the people are friendly, and the cuts are top tier! I will definitely be coming back here!
I’ve been going here for a little while now and Saroya has been INCREDIBLE! I never thought I could grow out my natural nails to a longer length and she made it all possible. She’s consistent, attentive to detail, and makes the whole service enjoyable! I feel like I’m just chatting with a friend during my service. Adly is awesome (again). I had color and cut and she was her pleasant competent self. I have never received as many compliments after a hair appointment as I do when she does my hair. The salon is relaxing and very clean. Kudos to Adly and staff.
I have been going here for more than a decade . Every single stylist I have had has been excellent and so professional. I have been to Michelle, (the owner), Brandi, Christy, Jenny, and Tabitha, who have all gone over and above to listen and also to give good advice. Allyssa is wonderful as well!!!

Had the absolute BEST experience working with this team. They are knowledgeable and efficient and put you at ease. When they say they can handle the job they really mean it. Our tree was tall, dead, and rotting on the very side of our yard. Was not an easy location to deal with at all. They made it look so easy. 5 other companies saw the tree and ghosted me and these guys came through. Cannot say enough great things about this company. If you’re even thinking you need to take a tree down give them a call.
Dr. Gable is attentive and invested in my family's whole health. She is incredibly flexible and truly has a heart for her patients. We feel so blessed to have found this practice several years ago and cannot imagine going anywhere else!

Fabulous experience. They brought me to my room right away and asked what level of pressure I preferred. Five star massage that focused on my neck, back, and shoulders. 60 minutes. She commented on how tight my shoulders were and asked if I'd like to add on Chinese cupping for $10 or $15 more which I did. It was the true Chinese cupping with glass bulbs and I'll admit it hurt for the first 30 seconds but then it was fine and let me tell you my back and shoulders were SO RELAXED afterward! At that price I'll be adding it every time. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
