“I want to thank the ladies; Taylor, Cat and Irene for such wonderful customer service. They are so caring and very helpful. Whatever service you need they'll work with you patiently and whatever questions you have about the process they'll explain everything. They have 6 months monthly payments if you're not able to pay in full. I highly recommend Casket & More in your time of sorrow. Thanks ladies for all y'all help. I truly am satisfied.“
“Herb Gilstrap was very understanding and patient with me as we talked about my options of how to best serve my wife after her passing. He made the whole experience much easier to bear.“
“I unexpectedly had a pet loss over the weekend and had to look for pet cremation available in the area. After much research, Augusta Pet Crematory was by far the most kind and respectful choice for my family. They answered all my questions, were very upfront with the cost and process, and every person I interacted with was so pleasant. The whole process was completed within the same day. They were able to do footprints and got me a fur clipping upon request. I will be forever grateful for the respect they gave my pet and my family during this time of loss.“
“The staff was friendly and comforting. My Husband was cremated and the cost was within my budget.“
“*Important safety/harassment info* This cemetery is a block away from the sheriff’s department and probation office. I think today (Wednesday, between 11 and noon) prisoners were working there. I am a boyish-built woman, so one of them called out pleading, “Lemme see some a*s, lemme see some t*ts”, clearly unsatisfied with my lack thereof. I’ve experienced this before in a detention center. There are way too many men working for the officers to maintain complete control over. I didn’t see any signs up saying “prisoners working”, but the officers may have packed them back up onto the white vans when I was leaving, because they all seemed to be gone. Especially if visitors’ presence has the capacity to disrupt their work, signs should definitely be put up while this is going on! Plus people deserve a warning when harassment is highly probable(which it probably would be with all female visitors). Needless to say, if you’re not up for the harassment right now, steer clear when you see large white vans in and around the cemetery. Come back another day!Otherwise, one of the safest-feeling places to walk in Augusta, and tons of Pokémon Go resources :D“
