I live in FL and a little over a year ago I sent $325.00 to the McNeil Funeral home to have my great grandfather's memorial cleaned in a nearby cemetery, got ripped off. McNeil now under new owner so likely was the previous owner. Just giving advice to not trust people in general.

I can't speak for everyone else's experience but I can speak for mine... Carolyn was so wonderful, I am still amazed... I had two small kids with me and she treated us like family! words aren't enough to express my thanks! I pray that God continues to bless you!, ... what we had to go through wasn't easy at all and they helped us in so many ways.. I felt truly blessed to have found this place, I pray that others are comforted in such sad times.Thank you Carlyon and Mark

I don’t know where to begin..losing your father is one of the most absolutely painful things you can go through in life. The funeral director/manager, Mark Jones, was gentle, kind and beyond thoughtful to mine and my family’s needs. He handled everything with such professionalism yet kindness he felt like an old family friend. No one ever wants to need a funeral home, but there comes a time we all will and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
