The repair estimate was competitive (slightly lower) than other quotes I received from other prominent roofers (apples-to-apples). David, the crew lead (?) who did the inspection and repairs, wasn't a salesman; he was just an experienced roofer out here doing his job and sharing what he discovered and offered his recommendations. The real differentiator with choosing Rosie's is how easy it is to work with their staff back at the office. I had the pleasure of having Adrienne oversee my project from start to finish. “Harden is awesome! She is patient and informative. We had a third party radon short-term and long-term test in 2021. The short-term returned at 27.6 pCi/L and the long-term at 12.1 ± 1.6 pCi/L.
