Jacob from Vis Viva (HVAC) just left our home having completed warranty work on a small heater in the water heater room off our patio. It seems our heater was never connected and the ground wire was unattached. Jacob was efficient, friendly and communicative during his work. As a result of his work, the heater came on as it should. Jacob reiterated the necessity of the correct heater setting (despite our Beazer site contact setting it differently). This is the second time Jacob has been in our home; the air exchange unit in the guest bath wasn’t connected either. I had Vital Air/VIS VIVA come to my house and replace my 15 year old system. They set me up with a new system that made sense for my needs and my budget. They were also able to explain in great detail how the whole system worked and why it was a good choice for my situation. They were not pushy. They treated me exactly how I would want to be treated.

Vis Viva installed the Lenox HVAC Systems in our new house. In doing my research on this company I find they are NOT listed as a Lenox Qualified Installer for Lenox systems. I wonder what is going on here. Go google Lenox HVAC and choose Installation contractors for Atlanta Ga. I have moved my maintenance needs to one of the many Lenox Approved and Listed contractors in the Atlanta area. This is one of my biggest concerns. They install Lenox for Ashton Woods but are not listed with Lenox.
