“Randy was suggested to us by our tile contractor Cain Curtis after he discovered electrical issues in our kitchen while prepping for the tile work. We were out of town but Randy was able to come over that day (on a Saturday) and diagnose the issue. He was able to explain what was going on over the phone that day but wasn't able to complete the work until the following week. We were scheduled for a 9:30a time slot the next week. He was working another job that morning and texted to let us know he was running behind BEFORE 9:30! Thank you Randy! When he arrived he was courteous and professional and explained everything again. “I called these guys out based on a response from another plumber. I had my septic tank pumped out earlier by a group I was very unhappy with. I will not leave their name here, but I was extremely disappointed. When that previous company came out, they cut through my sprinkler system, destroying one of the multi zone valves, including the wiring, the plumbing and everything. As part of it, they claim to fix my issue, and even though I had to ask the guy at the time about my shredder/extraction pump he stated don't mess with it. It will just cause you more issues. Fast forward two months later and I had brown water bubbling up out of the ground. So, I called this group. Stacy came out and quickly identified the issue, and as he uncovered each of my tanks, he showed me very clearly what was wrong. One of the first times one of these guys have spent the time to show me and educate me on exactly what was wrong and why. They worked through the weekend to get me back up and going so that my house did not flood and back up with gross brown water. Additionally, they provided me with good information on maintaining the system. They are not the cheapest by any means, but I am very happy with the work. Additionally, they were very responsive, very professional, and easy to work with.“
