I Am/I Can Strength and Conditioning Gym is a fitness center focused on developing clients through functional movement and athleticism. The program aims to prevent injury and increase range of mobility and performance with each workout, achieved through constant evaluation, proper training techniques, and high-intensity cardio. Malcolm and his team are great people and great at what they do. Clients praise the attentive, caring approach of the team, who helps them improve their form and build confidence to push themselves physically. Members describe I Am/I Can as one of the best gyms they've joined, with a welcoming community, challenging yet fun workouts, and an atmosphere that promotes camaraderie. The gym offers a comprehensive fitness experience tailored to helping clients reach their goals. All three coaches are great people and great at what they do. They have a deep bag of drills/exercises and constantly have you training in new and engaging ways. Good people, good music, good vibes, and good work in all the classes throughout the day. Malcolm excels in communication, keeping us informed with important updates.
This gym is clean, comfortable, and very well run. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you improve.
The workouts are challenging and thoughtfully designed with routines that change weekly and build on previous skills, so you’re always progressing.
The setup is great for heavy lifting, and because it’s a private gym with a max headcount, it never feels overcrowded.
There’s a variety of class times, flexible scheduling, and an easy-to-use app. Secure parking is a plus.
The owner is welcoming and kind, and the overall atmosphere makes training here enjoyable and motivating. Highly recommend.
I highly, highly recommend I Am/I Can Strength and Conditioning Gym! From my first intro class I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. Malcolm (owner & trainer) has created a very well structured workout - with body splits throughout the week for strength building, and ending each workout in cardio conditioning that kicks your butt! The gym itself has all of the equipment you could think of or need. Each class is small group, with 2 trainers, giving you basically 1-1 training - Malcolm & other trainers are great at providing form and technique cues throughout the workout, as well as giving you the proper weight to lift at, and pushing you through to the finish....read full review
I Am / I Can Fitness is a great gym with genuinely skilled trainers, and Malcolm, the owner, really knows what he’s doing. I originally joined for aesthetic goals, but over time I learned how important real core strength and mobility are - and I’ve honestly enjoyed that shift in mindset. The atmosphere is supportive, focused, and accountable in a positive way. The classes are varied throughout the day, the membership options are flexible, and the app makes everything easy to book. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get stronger and feel better long term.
