Home Services at The Home Depot

I recently visited store with my daughter who has a medical condition and was told that my daughter could not Accompany me in department took rental area . Now a day before I purchase a lawnmower off the floor I asked if the lawnmower had any issues because it would be an issue with me returning it and bringing it back because of my daughters condition. Was told it work next day had to return. So back to How I was treated I explain to the salesman guy that I could not leave my daughter standing by herself due to she have Absent seizures. The store didn’t not Accommodate my special needs daughter who has a disability. If u have non Visual disability don’t go to Jonesboro Rd., location oh me and daughter had mask on. Let’s just say I left the store crying.. will be returning items HIPAA laws Staff member needs to be educated. Very insensitive there where I counted 5 bodies in area but only one at a time..

Self check out with only two stations open on it and pro desk open and almost no help . Only two worse Home Depot I have been to are the one on Snapp finger Drive and the one on cascade road !
