I had an old furnace diagnosed AND changed out in 2 business days. The charge was a lot less than what most businesses offer, too. HVAC companies are usually horribly dishonest nowadays, so hopefully I've found a go-to I can rely on this time. So far so good!
I have used this company twice in 2 years. Every time has been pleasant with prompt service, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems that was used to give an honest assessment of my issues and all viable solutions. No one tried to exaggerate any problems to force me to spend more money as all other companies have done when called out. They simply told me the problem, gave me all viable options, and left the decision up to me. Freeman HVAC has done all they could do to help quickly fix any issue that I called them about. This company has been one of the best that I have worked with on getting my air conditioner serviced. They were a great price. Professional, easy payment options and on time. They text you when they are in route and when the work is complete. They did not try to upsell me or do any unnecessary work. They will be who we recommend to our neighbors.Service: A/C system repair
