I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr Richter, I would go to him again but his staff is horrendous. The billing department is incompetent. They participate in my insurance but failed to bill under correct tax id no. It is a year later and a ton of calls and still not correct.I paid my entire ded at the time of service and today, over a year later bill is still not refiled or correct.I will be filing a complaint with Cigna today and if I need to file with the insurance commission, I will be doing this too

If you want a doctor who reviews your chart in advance of your visit in order to give you an accurate diagnosis and professional care, DON"T GO TO CONSULATATIVE GASTROENTEROLOGY. This office is just bad! In all my 37 yrs of living I havr never encountered a doctors office like this; I honestly don’t know how they are able to survive with awful service. My insurance will be ending at the end of the month and I thank God that my new insurance has better providers. My first issue started when I had to wait two months to schedule an endoscopy. I went in to the office to fill out the paperwork and the person at the front was very very rude. She was so rude that I had to come back after I did my bloodwork just so she can know how rude she was. Then, the meds that they prescribed me for treatment needed prior authorization.
