“I came in for a Hydrafacial after seeing Restore's $150 promo. Having had several facials, I was excited to try the new (to me) type of facial. Brynn had the lightest touch, which was lovely, and explained the procedure before and during the facial. She recognized my shellfish allergy and told me the product she would substitute as well, which I appreciated. Afterward, and for many hours, I felt refreshed and renewed. I would definitely do it again, but I wish they had told me that for an extra $50, I could have upgraded to an hour-long facial rather than a 1/2-hour one.“

“Bear with me because this is going to be a long post.
I am 57 years old and last year found myself not exactly embracing the aging process. So I decided to do something that didn’t involve surgury.
I started going to Safira MD in Halcyon for almost a year now. I wanted to wait until I had several procedures done in-order to give a more comprehensive review. I first started with the weight loss injections ( mounjaro) and lost 30 lbs in about 4 months. It was amazing. I personally did not experience any side effects. It just drastically reduced my appetite and I did not feel any hunger. I’m now on a maintenance schedule.
I then had the Skintyte laser treatment. This visibly tightened and lifted the area around my jaw and neck so I could actually see the contours of my jaw again and not have that straight line from chin to my neck. Again, great results!! I will probably do this again.
My next treatment was the Halo. Omg this really removes layers of dull and old skin to reveal a face that felt so smooth and I did literally glow! Still do! Highly recommend this. There is some downtime so do it over the weekend.
More recently I did my first NeoGen plasma treatment. This is new in the U.S and I’m very excited to see the end results. I have two more to go and will share results/feedback once it’s completed but it’s basically touted to be a non surgical facelift. The laser penetrates deeper into the dermal layers than anything else.
Dr Volk is also great with botox and dermal fillers. She explains the difference between them and helps you make the right choice. It was my first time with dermal filler and I was nervous about it. I didn’t want to look overdone or have over defined cheekbones or those duck lips. I am so glad I did this because the results drastically softened my nasal labial folds and I couldn’t be happier.
All in all I highly recommend Safira MD! Friends and family have all asked what I’ve done different and tell me that I look great!

“I love this place. Everyone is super competent. The front desk staff is very friendly. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment.

Emily at Phipps is a cut above— love her. David at the Works was amazing too— super technical but with a gentle way about him… I literally fell asleep while he was doing extractions. Siri at Avalon was great as well.

I’ve been coming weekly to different locations and my skin has improved so much— great return on investment and super worth it.

I have only been suggested to buy a single product once which I appreciate because it’s annoying when some spas can be pushy about upselling you stuff. I got a hocl spray that I ended up loving, especially the micromist bottle that it came in and the recommendation was both effective and specifically indicated for what was going on with my skin at the time.

Overall I’ve been very impressed with the custom facials. I’ve even come in a couple times with cystic pimples and was shocked that one of them went away overnight completely and the other was gone within days— normally I’ll spend a week putting hero patches on acne flares like that trying not to pick so it’s awesome to know that I can come to Aya anytime that my skin freaks out and actually get immediate results from just one session.“
