The best Med Spa in Alpharetta! Youthtopia is fantastic, and Kelly is simply the best there is! She’s so sweet, thorough, knowledgeable, and the only person I trust with my very sensitive skin. I leave glowing every single time because Kelly does such an incredible job, and she even helps educate me about the best products and treatments to meet my evolving needs as the weather changes and my skin changes. And she does this not to just push a product for the sake of making a sale, but because she absolutely knows what she’s talking about and she cares about making you look and feel your best! I love Youthtopia Med Spa! When you walk in they have a complimentary coffee bar set up that also has wine! All of the staff is super friendly and the injectors are highly experienced! Definitely recommend this med spa compared to others in the area

Kendra was amazing. She gave me a touch up on my lips and first time Botox. She was very informative and had a great vibe about her. Will be returning for more treatments. Girls at front were not as welcoming.
