“We had a GREAT experience using Carpet World from the beginning to the end. Ms. Judy provided EXCELLENT customer service throughout the ENTIRE process. She made the process seamless. She allowed us to take carpet sample boards home along with several pictures that she researched and sent to peruse. No rush! We took about 3 weeks to make a selection. The install was setup for 2 days. On the day of install, their AMAZING team: Mike, Brian and J. B. checked the areas to be installed, and due to their EXTREME professionalism and efficiency, they finished the 2‐day job in about 4 hours! They took no breaks! They only drank water! They placed ALL furniture back in their respective places and cleaned ALL debris up from the driveway to the rooms. This indeed is a one-stop business!
