We had a GREAT experience using Carpet World from the beginning to the end. Ms. Judy provided EXCELLENT customer service throughout the ENTIRE process. She made the process seamless. She allowed us to take carpet sample boards home along with several pictures that she researched and sent to peruse. No rush! We took about 3 weeks to make a selection. The install was setup for 2 days. On the day of install, their AMAZING team: Mike, Brian and J. The staff is very patient and professional. They went the extra mile of making a display to make sure I knew how I wanted my flooring laid out in each area of my house. Thank you Melvin. Mrs. Judy gave me several quotes of the different layouts for our 6 rooms without hesitation. THANK YOU SO MUCH. The contractor and his crew were very professional. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. Our project was 100% successful. My husband and I are so pleased and excited with our new floors. Thank you again. We will definitely complete our other floor areas with you all.
