From the first phone call to the service day, today everything was simple and uncomplicated. Thank you. My service technicians Donnie and Brandon were top notch, informed, helpful and understanding. Definitely ? the visit... found my new plumbing company.
100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After having a horrible experience with Rooter Plus who did unnecessary work and did not solve the problem, we contacted Serv'All. The technician, Chris, was amazing! He carefully diagnosed the issue, corrected the problem and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. And all done at a reasonable price. I am extremely happy with his work and would absolutely recommend this company.
10/12-23 UPDATE: We ordered new washing machines to be installed tomorrow. Last night while disconnecting the hoses, the water continued to run. I called Serv'all this morning and Justin was here by 1PM. The service from Serv'all continues to be stellar. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do so. Thanks to everyone at Serv'all. My wife Jackie Harman is a real estate agent and has used Serv" All in the past both for her clients and at our home. We ran into an issue with a dishwasher install last Friday, called Serv" All and Donnie was here within two hours to make the necessary fix to allow the new dishwasher to be installed.
