“Great experience dealing with Melvin from JMJ Plumbing, I had a industrial building pipe leak with the piping some 5+Metres above, wanted to replace the entire line with steel piping from the previous copper installation for future proofing.The job was tricky due to the height and length of install, Melvin came down and took the requirements as needed, what I appreciate was the team was on time and flexible with the timing later on when the MCST voiced concerns. “City Wide deserve a 5 star from me With the job they done for PRV job they have done in my garage. Back in October I had a call them at night for the water pressure regulator to replace because inside the home all faucets having a problem with pressure that was very high and it was about 120 which normal range is about 60. Next day they came and replace it.But now January 17 when we had this extreme cold freezing temperature I saw it was leaking from the connection and the pipe go outside faucet was pop up from coming of weather. They came early in the morning next day and check what was done from their installer back in October was not properly done!! The technician Joe was very nice and explain me what was wrong and what he is going to do in a proper way. That means to me that they accept their mistake !And Joe was very experienced and polite. While he was working the owner Dave came and inspect what was going on and apologized about their job done back in October. That was an excellent approach to me and to the customer which I very much pleased with their service. That is why I recommend them to everyone if plumbing an issue.Five plus service thank you and by the way 3 hours job and new pipes installed and charged Zero!!Thank you all. ???????“

She had bought everything herself to be installed. If she let the Professionals by the stuff to begin with it would have been correct. Also she didn’t have an expansion tank & was told she needed one but that should come with the job already priced, that’s additional work so just a crazy lady making lies up online. Scottie & Jerry are truly the most honest, hardest working, and most experienced workers in their Profession. K Bridges did not have anything ruined at her home, neither did they touch any Christmas Decorations to get wet as she claims. You can see on her page that she gives so many 1-2 star reviews and loves to degrade people’s business when it’s all done correctly to begin with by code. Over 30+ yrs of Plumbing with Master Plumbing License & insured. There is always that 1 lady wanting to get free work done for nothing or have free stuff bought for them & blame you for messing it up when you never even touched it. “We were due for a new water heater and also needed a new pressure regulator valve. When I had the previous water heater replaced 11 years ago, it was quite a bit less expensive and I wasn't prepared for what people were quoting nowadays to have it replaced. I made some initial calls and then came hours of web research and reading reviews (the big companies charge a lot in general, many reviews talked about the gamble of getting techs with skillsets all over the place with some being more of salespeople rather than technicians, the outfits that the big box stores use seem very sketchy and seemed to end up charging as much or more than going directly with a plumber). Thankfully, I found Eastridge Plumbing through a neighborhood Facebook group mentioning the quality of Johnny's work at a very fair price. During my first call, I was happy to find out the guy with his name on the side of the truck and photo on the company website is the actual person doing the work and a master plumber with decades of commercial and residential plumbing experience. Previously, we used a plumber who ended up sending out his younger techs who didn't instill a lot of confidence to the extent that I sent them on their way after paying a steep service call fee just to have several holes cut in my walls. Not again...I called Eastridge Plumbing back, spoke with Johnny's wife Beverly (who was very helpful), and Johnny was at my house within the hour. He knows his stuff, doesn't take shortcuts, and has pride in a job well done. You can tell Johnny enjoys his craft and we are very happy with the water heater and experience in general. Also, Johnny found a better more accessible area to place the new pressure valve and cut off. I could see other plumbers not wanting to take the time to discuss that option let alone go the extra mile for the customer.“
