The insurance company wanted to total (lost) my car due to repair costs from another (In-Network) auto body shop. I took my vehicle to Wilson's. Mrs. Betty provided me with a reasonable estimate which allowed me to keep my car from being totaled lost by the insurance company. ALWAYS get at least two estimates. Mrs. Betty kept me informed during the repairs to my vehicle. I am very impressed by the professionalism of both Mr. Keith and Mrs. Betty Wilson. The repairs on my car are immaculate. I called right before closing on a Friday, they still answered and were able to get me booked for the next morning. The technician, Cairo, arrived on time, was pleasant to work with, cordial, and knowledgeable about the work being done.
