She is incredibly professional and has always made me feel comfortable. She has such a friendly and calm demeanor that if you go to see her for your first wax, she will ease any concerns you may have. I know that every time I go to see her, things are done right!“

It wasn't overly busy and I like that you can walk in and there is a receptionist area and a wall so you don't have to walk in and awkwardly yell what service you want in front of all the customers. None of that here. All the staff I interacted with were kind, and I had a nice chat with the man who did my pedicure. I got a regular nail polish pedicure and that was pretty simple and straightforward. I was in and out in 40 mins.“
