This review is long overdue but better later than never. I was in town from NYC last month and had the pleasure of visiting The Nail Vault, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish.I got a gel mani and regular pedi with Jesel and she was awesome. She made me feel like a valued customer right away. She was meticulous and the massage during the hand and foot treatments was amazing.Also, one thing that stood out to me was the salon's cleanliness.I loved the final result – my nails looked flawless and lasted for weeks without chipping. Jesse was amazing. I had an ankle injury where my big toe fell off and Jesse was able to make feet look nice again! He was very comforting and trusting with cleaning and polishing my big toe despite it only having grown halfway. It was my first time getting a pedicure here and in general two months after my injury.

This is the best nail salon in Orlando! My nails look beautiful and have stayed super healthy under their care. There isn’t a single design I have brought that they weren’t able to recreate for me! Jesse, Sylvia, and Jesel do such great work and are so friendly. I look forward to all of my appointments, and the prices are super reasonable especially for fills. This is a local family owned business and you can feel it while you are there. They also have a beauty bar next door where you can get lash extensions and other services and the girls who come to get their nails done after going look amazing!
