I've worked with this company for over a decade! As a Realtor, you have a great support team available and for clients- find the agent that works for you!!! Every brokerage has great agents and not so great agents, do your homework!! Interview agents and go with the one that meets your needs. Orlando is FILLED with Realtors, be picky and smart! I've met many seasoned, very educated agents at CRR.
Colleen is extremely thorough and professional with every aspect of the home buying and selling process. She helped us buy our dream home 5 years ago and helped us sell our rental home this year. She can offer advice on anything from home services to decorative decisions. She knows the market extremely well and always has the client and their best interest at heart. Beside the fact she is a wonderful person, I personally don't think you can do any better for a realtor in the home buying or selling process.
We have worked with Colleen twice, to sell and purchase, and have truly appreciated her responsiveness, honesty, knowledge, and desire to help you find what is the perfect fit for you. If/When we are ready to do it again she will definitely be our first call.
