Every brokerage has great agents and not so great agents, do your homework!! Interview agents and go with the one that meets your needs. Orlando is FILLED with Realtors, be picky and smart! Colleen is extremely thorough and professional with every aspect of the home buying and selling process. She helped us buy our dream home 5 years ago and helped us sell our rental home this year. She can offer advice on anything from home services to decorative decisions. She knows the market extremely well and always has the client and their best interest at heart. Beside the fact she is a wonderful person, I personally don't think you can do any better for a realtor in the home buying or selling process.
