Kathy was referred to me by a family friend. After my initial phone call with her, I knew she was the realtor for me.My selling situation was a complicated matter and had a lot of moving parts and at times things not in my control. Kathy took it in stride. She was very patient, understanding and was with me every step of the way.She is creative, a great communicator, wonderful problem solver and all around fabulous person to work with. There are truly not enough stars available to accurately rank Kathy. She’s so warm and friendly — it’s like working with a family member. However, unlike a family member, she answers every call, text, or email and never loses her patience no matter how picky you feel like you’re being as a homebuyer. She helped my husband and I sell our home and purchase a new one in 2021 — and held our hands throughout the whole process. All the stars go to Kathy and her team.
