I really just want to that the staff at Baldwin Fairchild was extremely helpful. They made me feel comfortable in a depressing situation. We actually laughed at times. Kelly and Brin were the best!
Brandon and Timothy the Funeral Directors were incredible . Brandon was very professional and had a calming voice and also attentive to all our needs- and changes.Timothy has such a pleasant and calming voice and took my family through every step of what to expect at the viewing as well as the funeral. It was a bummer we could not bring our own food and ended up using their caterers which was a bit pricey but the service provided by the two outweighed my complaint with the food. My parents preplanned their arrangements which helped alot but I was very impressed and appreciative of Brandon and Timothy of providing a great customer experience!
Connie made our experience easy. She explained everything well and was very efficient in getting things done. She and her staff are genuinely friendly and compassionate. The room where the visitation occurred was beautiful with covered tables and warm decorations. Connie communicated with us every day to answer any questions and just check in which was very appreciated. We express our thanks!
